SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policies

We’ll ship our art and goodies anywhere you can get a package but we are not responsible for your country’s customs policies or import taxes/VAT etc. By purchasing anything from Nova&Mali, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own fees.

 

We can ship via USPS first class or priority mail but some countries are unavailable right now.

Some of the countries on USPS' list can be shipped to via GlobalPost as well!

If your item is in stock, we'll ship it out within one week from ordering! We try not to take too many trips to the post office in one week.

IF YOUR ORDER IS OR INCLUDES A PREORDER - your items will not ship until we have everything ready! This ensures you aren't paying for shipping twice. If you want to receive your items separately, please place separate orders. We will do our best to keep everyone updated on product delivery timelines via our email newsletter. Things happen during the manufacturing process and our estimated delivery times may be delayed for many reasons.

ANY ORDER CONTAINING CLASSICS VOLUME 3 will ship this fall pending any delays.

 

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS: contact us ASAP. Once you receive a shipping notification, we cannot change your order. It is your responsibility to triple check that you have provided a correct address.
If your package is sent back to us, we will happily send it again. If we made the address error, we will ship it free of charge. If the error was on your side, we will invoice you through Paypal for the additional shipping charge.


Your digital items may get to you sooner than physical items. Each product has that information included. Everyone placing a pre-order will receive updates every month via a newsletter on the 15th. We are not responsible for updating you if you unsubscribe but we promise we will never sell your information or bombard you with updates.
 

Once your order is shipped, the condition of your order is in the hands of the shipping service. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us here - we will do our best to figure out what to do!

If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS first or your international post office if you're abroad, and if they are unable to assist you, we can try to figure something out! As a small business, we are unable to offer free replacements.

 

You will receive a tracking number to your email address when we print the shipping label. Please check the tracking page regularly to ensure safe delivery of your goodies. You are responsible keeping an eye on the information and collecting your delivered package in a timely manner.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales through the Nova & Mali shop are final. We do not accept free returns or exchanges because of the nature of our small business.

All pre-orders are non-refundable.
